Welcome to Lāna`i Community Health Center

The Lāna'i Community Health Center’s mission is to take care of the community of Lāna`i by directly providing health services (primary care, dental, behavioral health and selected specialty services) to the community; providing activities and services through partnerships with local organizations as well as the many off-island organizations reaching out to Lāna`i by serving as coordinator, advocate, resource, initiator, and convener;
and working collaboratively to provide space for partners who can provide needed services for Lāna`i.

Jared Medeiros Receives Nurse Practitioners Award!

Jared Medeiros received the 2018 State Award for Nurse Practitioners for his work at Lanai Community Health Center. He was one of two nurse practitioners recognized in last June’s American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) National Conference in Denver, Colorado.

Each year the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) recognizes supporters of nursing from across the country, in two categories: (1) nurse practitioners who have made outstanding contributions; and (2) advocates who have made significant contributions toward increasing the awareness and acceptance of nurse practitioners.
